How holding works
Hold it in the wallet you pay with
For a prepaid key, that is the wallet that funded the key. For pay per call, it is the wallet that signs the payment. There is nothing to stake, lock or claim.
Your tier is read when you call
The gateway reads your balance at the time of the call and applies the highest tier it meets. The discount comes off the final charge, so the price you were quoted is still the most you can pay.
Free tokens refill every Monday
The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC each Monday. A call is free when all of its tokens fit in what you have left that week. If it does not fit, the allowance is left alone and the call is charged at your discounted price.
